Partnership Code of Conduct.
4. To discuss and agree a budget for 2024/25 to put before the Full Council.
5. To agree the precept figure for 2024/25 to put before Full Council.
6. To review Parish Council Financial Regulations.
7. To review Parish Council Financial Standing Orders.
8. To review and update Terms of Reference for Finance and General Purpose
Committee.
9. To review Parish Council Investment strategy.
10. To discuss and agree to Service Level Agreement from Epping Forest District Council
regarding Woodland cemetery.
11. To discuss and approve Allotment insurance renewal.
12. Public Participation session with regard to items on the Agenda
13. Any Other Urgent Business for report (without decision)
Please note that no decisions can be lawfully made under this item. The Local Government
Act 1972 section 12 10 (2) (b) states that business must be specified; therefore, the Council
cannot lawfully raise matters for decision.
