360. Confirmation of Minutes for the meeting held on Wednesday 19th April 2023.

361. Disclosure of Interests with regard to items on the Agenda

Pecuniary Interest or a Non-Pecuniary Interest). The Council has adopted the Essex Public
Law Partnership Code of Conduct).

363. To discuss Budget Requirements
The Finance committee discussed budget requirements for next financial year and decided
on the following amendments:
Reduce chairman’s expenses to £400.
Increase poppy wreath donation to £125.
Move £500 to EMR for tree planting.
Reduce Allotments Maintenance to £2500.
Streamline CCTV to allow £6500 for CCTV equipment and £2500 for maintenance.
Budget £20000 for infrastructure plus carry forward any unspent monies plus any EMR
unspent.
364. To discuss bank account with possibility of moving account to a different provider
It was decided to wait until Barclays have changed over the account to the new coding and
Look at this again once the new council is in place next year.
