providing paper copies of the Agenda, so should you wish to receive a copy of the Agenda please email the

You are hereby summoned to attend a Full Council Meeting of Theydon Bois Parish Council at Theydon Bois
Village Hall at 7:30pm on Thursday 30th March 2023 for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. Apologies for Absence
2. To discuss & approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Thursday 23
rd February 2023.
3. Disclosure of Interests with regard to specific items on the Agenda (existence of any Disclosable Pecuniary
Interest, or existence and nature of Other Pecuniary Interest or a Non-Pecuniary Interest). The Council has
adopted the Essex Public Law Partnership Code of Conduct.
4. Public Participation session with regard to specific items on the Agenda.
5. Police Report from PC Cook.
6. Clerk’s Report – Correspondence.
7. Reports from Parish Council representatives on outside organisations.
8. Reports from District and/or County Councillors’.
9. Application for Donkey Derby permission to use the Green.
10. Update regarding grant to Buxton Trust.
11. Finance Committee
11.1 To approve the payments made since the last meeting.
11.2 To approve Asset Register for Year End.
11.3 To note change to one item on next years budget due to typing error.
12. Planning Committee
12.1 To receive an update on planning matters since the last Meeting.
12.2 To Note: Adoption of the Epping Forest District Local Plan 2011–2033 as approved at the
Extraordinary Meeting of Epping Forest District Council held on 6th March 2023.
13. Highways, Cemetery and Environment Committee
13.1 To receive an update on Highways, Cemetery and Environment matters within the Village.
13.2 To discuss and approve purchase of replacement dog bin for village green.
13.3 To discuss and approve £5 increase in Allotment rent from 1st April 2023.
14. Community Engagement Committee
14.1 To receive an update on Community Engagement matters within the Village.
Any Other Urgent Business for report (without decision)
15. Please note that no decisions can be lawfully made under this item. The Local Government Act 1972
section 12 10 (2) (b) states that business must be specified; therefore, the Council cannot lawfully raise
matters for decision.
16. Public Participation session with regard to items of interest to the Parish.
