At the Parish Council meeting last Thursday evening (23 March) many Theydon Bois residents expressed concerns about the proposed development at the end of Forest Drive – planning application EPF/0292/21 ‘Land North of Forest Drive’.
The Parish Council will represent the views of residents when returning its comments to Epping Forest District Council (EFDC).
In the meantime, villagers are encouraged to log any concerns they have about this proposal directly with EFDC by 7th April 2023, via the Council’s website: go to Planning Application: EPF/0292/21 (force.com) and click on Comments.
