Location: Land North of Forest Drive, Theydon Bois CM16 7HH
Proposal: 38 new dwellings with access from Forest Drive, provision of open space, services and landscaping
This significant application for development in the village will be considered at a meeting of the Parish Council Planning Committee on Thursday 23rd March at 8pm in the Village Hall.
