Planning Application EPF/0292/21
Location: Land North of Forest Drive, Theydon Bois CM16 7HH.
Proposal: 38 new dwellings with access from Forest Drive, and provision of associated open space, services and landscaping.
This planning application is due to be considered by Epping Forest District Councillors at a meeting of the EFDC’s Area Planning Sub-Committee East, this Wednesday, 17 January. The meeting will take place in the Council Chamber of the EFDC Civic Offices in Epping and will start at 7pm.
The Parish Council has sent a comprehensive strong objection to this proposal to EFDC’s Planning Development. This objection will be provided to District Councillor members of the Area Planning Sub-Committee East prior to their meeting on Wednesday.
The Parish Council will be given the opportunity to briefly speak at the meeting, to reiterate its objections to this development.
